A short note of thanks for your assistance way beyond the call of duty
during
our search for a home in Cambridge. Our specification of requirements
set a
high standard for the search process. Your education on the Cambridge
real
estate market was accurate and very useful in our evaluation of several
houses. Your screening of houses to match our list of requirements
saved us
a significant amount of time. And lastly, and perhaps most important,
you
were on our side during several difficult decisions. We have now lived
in
the home that you helped us to find for about 18 months. There have
been no
surprises. Living here is even better than we had expected. On
this year
and a half anniversary for our home, it is timely to send you this
thank you
email.

David,
Jenn and I just wanted to write you to thank you for shepherding us through the entire "shopping, buying, selling, closing" process. You were incredibly patient; kept your eye on the market for us, even during periods when we were ostensibly "not looking" (but really were); found us the perfect new home for a great price; helped us deal with mortgage commitments; aggressively sold our house, also for a great price, over our asking price; and continually reassured us that we would survive the process. There is absolutely no doubt that you know this area's housing market.
Your knowledge of construction techniques and possibilities also helped us in decisions about both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one. More important, while Jenn and I stredssed, fretted, bit our fingernails off, sweated bullets, panicked, and grumped, you were an island of calm and reassurance. I also appreciate the marketing know how and technology that you and DeWolfe brought to the process. Since the buyer of our unit was a "techie", I have no doubt that the internet-posted video walk through of the premises helped in our sale.
Since we love our new home, we hope to never hire you again. Seriously, though, knowing us, we'll be expanding again in a few years. When we inevitably do look for a new house, you know you'll be our broker for both transactions.
